At Desert Sno Shaved Ice, we believe that summer isn’t complete without a cold, colorful treat in hand. What started as a simple idea in 2007 has grown into a beloved seasonal tradition in the park — all thanks to the passion and hard work of our founders, Buzz and Debbie Jackson.

Buzz and Debbie are lifelong locals who wanted to create something special for families to enjoy together. Inspired by their love of community, sunshine, and of course, sweet treats, they launched Desert Sno as a family-run shaved ice truck — and they haven’t looked back since.

From the beginning, Desert Sno has been all about kids, community, and colorful fun. Whether it’s serving up rainbow cones after a little league game, cooling off the crowd at a summer concert, or being part of birthday parties and school events, we’re here to bring joy to the young (and young at heart!).

As a kid-centered business, we strive to create a welcoming, playful environment for families. We offer a wide variety of fun flavors — including sugar-free and ice cream options — and we love seeing kids light up when they spot our bright truck at the park.

Over the years, Desert Sno has stayed in the family, with multiple generations helping shave, smile, and serve. We’re proud to be a small business with a big heart, committed to making summer just a little sweeter for everyone who stops by.
